Who we are
The D-Max Effect is built from lived experience, visible outcomes, and a belief that leadership begins earlier than most people think.
Experience The D-Max Effect — Free 90-Minute Session
In partnership with ADEPT Educational Institute of Maine and the Maine CDC, we're offering a free 90-minute train-the-trainer session — a chance to experience our grassroots, youth-led and adult-guided model for real community impact.
Open to educators, youth workers, and community leaders across the country. In 90 minutes, you'll learn the framework, see how it's already creating visible impact in schools, and leave with what you need to bring this work into your own community.

That's the framework. And that's the photo on this page — a mom, her son, and more cereal than either of them expected to collect.
This is what happens when young people are trusted early.
